Owner and CEO
Allison Berlin has been a valued member of the transportation industry for more than 20 years. During this time, she has gained invaluable insight into the many aspects of the business. With her unique ability to analyze situations, problem-solve, advise, and bridge communication across disciplines to create cohesive working environments she thrived in her role as Chief Financial Officer of a multi-millon dollar private consulting firm.
With her financial expertise, organizational skills, hard work, and commitment to continually learning and implementing best practices through constant and continuing education is what helps Berlin Financial to be the very best. She genuinely cares about helping individuals and business owners establish an understanding of their financial situation. She is a strategic advisor, trusted voice, and sounding board you want on your team.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children. She also loves traveling the world and is an avid reader.

Rebecca is our top tax consultant. She brings expertise in personal and small business tax preparation and audits with eight years of experience at the MN Department of Revenue, Tax Division.
Rebecca understands how to reach and assist business owners and individuals to help them gain a better understanding of and improve their financial situations. She understands audits are scary for many people, but with her driven personality, attention to detail, and ability to improve processes she is a consultant you need on your side.
Accounting and bookkeeping have always been passions of Rebecca's. She thoroughly enjoys being an advisor to local business owners. Rebecca works diligently to assist owners with navigating their financial situations while helping them achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and her two daughters. Exploring the world is one of their greatest pastimes.
